Religious liberty is not solely a Catholic issue

The fundamental right to religious liberty is not an issue that concerns only Catholics.  We’ve seen that in Northern Nevada, where our Evangelical brothers and sisters stand with Catholics to defend our First Amendment rights.

The Christian Associates of Southwest Pennsylvania, representing over a million Christians, has issued a press release in support of the Catholic bishops’ stand, and in favor of repealing the HHS mandate.

Leaders of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod also stand with Catholics on this issue; they recently presented letters to the Bishop of Ft Wayne-South Bend in support of his efforts opposing the HHS mandate.

If this administration succeeds in its attempt to force Catholics to act against their faith, who will be next?
