Obamacare may be reheard by Supreme Court on Religious Freedom grounds

The Supreme Court opened the session with a surprise.  The court gave the Department of Justice 30 days to respond to Liberty Counsel, filing on behalf of Liberty University and two private individuals, regarding their request for a rehearing of the case against Obamacare.

LIberty’s suit claims that their free exercise of religion is harmed because Obamacare will force taxpayer funding of abortion.  The possibility exists that the Supreme Court will hear Liberty’s arguments, since their claims are unique, and were not addressed in last year’s hearings.
