Founder of Domino’s Pizza sues Obama administration over HHS mandate

Tom Monaghan, founder of Dominos Pizza, and a devout Catholic, filed a lawsuit today against the Obama administration over the HHS mandate.  Monaghan’s companies offer health care to employees that does not include coverage of contraception or abortion, both of which he believes are gravely immoral.  Monaghan says that the HHS mandate violates his constitutional rights.
